I wanted to post this email I recieved (with Steve's permission)from a good friend of mine who lives in Mississippi and was able to meet up with Laddie on the "Cruisin' the Coast" weekend. Steve had a great time so far, and is really looking forward to the rest of the weekend. Thanks Laddie, for taking in a new Prowler Enthusiast, and showing what the spirit of our cars is all about. I owe you one, Pal! Without further words from me, here's the start of Laddie's cruise, as described by a 17 year old high school student who loves our cars: ------------------------------ Well, today after school, I headed straight for the D'Iberville location of Cruisin The Coast. While there, I checked out all of the classic/antique, and custom hot rods. I then was going to go by the registration booth and see if any Prowlers have showed up. But I never asked them, because before I was about to, my Brother was passing by in his Ram (truck). I then asked where he was headed, and he was going to get lunch. So I hopped in his truck, Steven [This message has been edited by JohnS (edited 10-07-2000).] |
